Prices
All prices are excluding VAT. We reserve the right for printing errors and occasional price and product changes in our catalog as well as on our website. We also reserve the right for any errors in stock balance, clearance sales, and that images may differ from the actual product.

Payment Options
All sales from our website are conducted through the following payment methods:
- Svea card payment
- Advance payment (exceptionally)
- Invoice
Card Payment
We use Svea Ekonomi/Webpays hosted PCI-DSS certified card payment solution.

No card numbers are stored. We use the latest security technology for credit card payments at the time of ordering.
- The following cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, XXX, XXX
- Funds are reserved on your account at the time of ordering.
Advance Payment
Money is paid in advance to our bank giro. Expect an additional delivery time of 1-3 days if you choose advance payment.
This payment option is only available for orders over 4000 SEK.
Invoice
We offer invoicing for our Swedish customers. To shop on invoice, you must provide either your personal identification number or organization number.
One of the prerequisites for invoicing is that you are registered in the Swedish population register and are over 18 years old.
You must not have any payment remarks.
A credit check will be performed after providing the personal information or organization number.
A copy of the credit report will then be sent to you from UC Direkt.
As a standard, we offer a payment term of 20 days for corporate customers and 10 days for private customers.
In the event of late payment, an agreed-upon and statutory reminder fee will be charged. Late payment interest accrues at 24% per month.
If payment is not received, the invoice will be handed over to debt collection.
Please note that the billing address and delivery address must be the same.
If you provide a different delivery address, we will contact you, and your purchase may be denied.
If you have been inactive as a customer for three months, a new credit check will be conducted if you choose invoice as the payment option.
A environmental fee of 28 SEK including VAT is added to all invoices.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery Terms
We offer package delivery to businesses as standard with Bring unless we have engaged another carrier. Packages for private customers are always sent to the nearest agent with Bring Service Point unless we have engaged another carrier. Additionally, there is free shipping for orders over 1,500 SEK.
Shipping Costs
- Sweden - Free shipping from 1500 SEK (Shipping cost 95 SEK) the
- Denmark - Free shipping from 2000 SEK (Shipping cost 150 SEK)
- Europe - Free shipping from 270 € (Shipping cost 25 €)
- Europe - Free shipping from 1250 € (Shipping cost 850 SEK)
If you require a different delivery time, please inform us when placing your order. We reserve the right for delays in delivery.

Delivery Times
If the ordered items are in stock with us, delivery will occur within 1-4 working days after we receive the order. If any item is out of stock, the delivery will be sent approximately 5-15 working days after order reception, depending on the supplier from whom the item needs to be ordered.
If you require a different delivery time, please inform us when placing your order. We reserve the right for delays in delivery.

Delivery Method
Bring Parcel (Business Package)
Delivery to business addresses is approximately 1-3 working days after dispatch.
Bring Service Point (Business Package to Agent)
Delivery to business addresses is approximately 1-3 working days after dispatch.
Schenker Parcel (Business Package)
Delivery to business addresses is approximately 1-3 working days after dispatch.
Schenker Priv-Pak (Private Customer)
The package is available at most pickup points within 1-3 working days after dispatch.
DHL Paket (Business Package)
Delivery to business addresses is approximately 1-3 working days after dispatch.
DHL Paket G12 (Business Package with Guaranteed Service)
Delivery to business addresses the next day before 12:00 PM.
Undelivered Shipments
For packages not collected from the agent or in cases where delivery attempts fail by the carrier and they are returned to Arbetsskydd Express, an administrative fee of 300 SEK will be charged.
Transport Damage
If you discover any damage to the package, you should report it to the carrier's agent upon collection or directly to the carrier and file a damage report. Our recommendation is not to collect a damaged package. If you discover the damage only after opening the package, and it can be attributed to the handling of the transport company, you should contact them and file a damage report. If any dispute with the transport company cannot be resolved, please contact us.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Distance Contracts Act, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. This does not apply to sale items, certain electronics, certain clothing, base layers & underwear, printed clothing, special orders, or custom-made items.
If you wish to make a return after 14 days, please contact Arbetsskydd Express. Depending on the type of item, we will assess whether we can accept the return. If the return is approved by Arbetsskydd Express, you will be provided with store credit that you can use for your next purchase.
We reserve the right to apply a return deduction of 30% in the following cases:
- Returns after 14 days
- Damaged or missing original packaging
- Special orders or items not kept in stock

Please note the receipt/invoice number, name/customer number. Also, indicate whether you wish to exchange for another item or if you prefer store credit or a refund (applies to returns within 14 days).
You are responsible for the return shipping cost and for the item until it reaches us. The item must be returned unused, and the packaging and instructions must be in new condition. The item must not be damaged or dirty but must be able to be immediately resold in the condition it is returned. You will receive a full refund including VAT except for the shipping cost. If you change your mind before we have dispatched the item and you have already paid, you will, of course, receive a full refund. The refund will take place within 30 days after the item has been returned.
